Legend Rotary Attachment

Fusion 3-Jaw Chuck Rotary Attachment

When more precision is required, the 3-Jaw Chuck Rotary Attachment is the ideal choice.

Only available for the Fusion Laser, the 3-Jaw Chuck mechanically clamps a cylinder or oddly-shaped, non-cylindrical item place as the laser engraves.

The Fusion Laser rotary attachment has been built to accommodate a large variety of shapes and sizes. Setup is as easy as placing your product on the Rotary Attachment, raising or lowering the scissor lift to level the engraving area, and printing to the laser!

Fusion Rim-Drive Rotary Attachment

The Standard Rim-Drive Rotary Attachment allows you to engrave wine bottles, mugs, glasses and more.

Available for the Fusion Laser, the Standard Rotary Attachment adds the ability to engrave bottles, glasses, flashlights, or any other cylindrical item up to 10.25" (260 mm) in diameter. The Fusion Laser rotary attachment has been built to accommodate a large variety of shapes and sizes. Setup is as easy as placing your product on the Rotary Attachment, raising or lowering the scissor lift to level the engraving area, and printing to the laser!

Optional Lenses

Epilog's Fiber Laser systems come with a standard 3" (FiberMark 24) or 5" (Fusion M2) focus lens. This will suffice for most metal/plastic marking application. However, users will find some applications require our more specialized lenses.

1.5" Lens (FiberMark 24):

  • Provides an additional 1.5" of z-axis clearance for both engraving flat stock and for rotary use.
  • 1.5" lens also has a smaller spot size and provides excellent detailed engraving for smaller text and artwork.

 


5.5" Lens (FiberMark 24):

  • Offers more depth of field than our standard lens on the fiber systems. Amount of depth of field will vary depending on the material, wattage and type of mark desired.
  • Provides consistent engraving/marking on curved surfaces or slightly bowed surfaces.
  • Excellent for engraving on the inside/bottom surface of an item (bowl, box, tooling).

 

8.0" Lens (Fusion M2):

  • Offers the greatest depth of field for the Fusion M2 32 and 40 Fiber.
  • Provides consistent engraving/marking on the most curved surfaces.
  • Excellent for engraving on the inside/bottom surface of an item (bowl, box, tooling) up to 8" tall.
